Your practice for person-centered psychotherapy!
Eva Maria Riess, MA, person-centered psychotherapist in training under supervision.

What is person-centered therapy?
Person-centered therapy is based on an appreciative, empathic, and authentic relationship between clients and the therapist. It aims to create a safe and trusting environment in which clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings. This process promotes personal growth, self-acceptance, and a stronger connection to one’s authentic self.
How does person-centered therapy work?
Through the therapeutic relationship, you will be able to
- clearly identify your own needs, desires, and goals.
- clarify conflicts between your true self and external expectations.
- develop self-acceptance and find inner strength.
- gain new perspectives on challenges and discover new paths for yourself.
Who is person centered therapy for?
Person-centered therapy is appropriate for people who
- want more clarity about their feelings and needs,
- want to increase their self-acceptance and self-esteem,
- want to resolve personal or professional conflicts
- feel emotionally blocked or stuck
- seek support in overcoming life crises.
